Christopher Nolan’s Tenet gets a second trailer to make you wonder what it’s all about
That Christopher Nolan sure likes to play around with time, doesn’t he? Fans of films like Memento and Inception are foaming at the mouth over Nolan’s upcoming Tenet, and the second trailer for the movie dropped recently. It’s worth the watch.
Nolan likes to keep his movie’s secrets as hidden as possible before release, so Tenet has been shrouded in mystery. What’s it about? Is it a time travel movie? Oh, wait, it’s about reversing time. No, wait, that’s not quite right. And so on. The new trailer for the movie doesn’t reveal everything, but there’s more here to chew on than the previous trailer.
Check out the second trailer for Tenet below:
Christopher Nolan movies are consistently “the less you know the better” recommendations for people who see them, so maybe knowing less about Tenet is for the best. For now, the cast and Nolan’s spearheading another original sci-fi mind-bender is enough.
Tenet stars John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Kenneth Branagh, Michael Caine, Elizabeth Debicki, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Martin Donovan, Andrew Howard, Clémence Poésy, and Himesh Patel. The movie was originally slated to hit theaters on July 17, 2020, but we all know how summer movie plans have unraveled. The end of this trailer ominously lets us know Tenet is “coming to theaters,” and as of right now the movie is still scheduled to release in mid-July.
