Star Wars Episode VII teaser finally arrives!
What a great week for trailers. First the full-length Jurassic World trailer hits the Web, and today sees the online release of a short teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. We’ve pretty much seen this movie take shape, hide in the shadows, have bits and pieces revealed, and make it through filming from scratch, which is kind of special. I imagine The Force Awakens (Episode VII) means a lot of things to a lot of different people, from the avid Star Wars fans to the up-and-coming youngsters about to explore the universe for the first time, and it’s safe to say the film is highly anticipated and being watched very carefully.

Lots of people are breaking the trailer down and jumping to all kinds of conclusions, which is all in good fun, but let’s wait for a full-length trailer before we lose our collective minds. Who am I kidding? We’re film fans. We lose our collective minds over just about anything when it comes to sneak peeks and misinformation. That said, this post is simply giving you a glimpse of the new teaser trailer without all the speculation everyone else seems to be shoveling. Give it another watch just for fun!
Star Wars: The Force Awakens boasts an impressive cast that includes Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong’o, Gwendoline Christie, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker. The film flies into theaters December 18, 2015.
