First trailer for Game of Thrones Season 6
The first trailer for Game of Thrones Season 6 has finally arrived, and it warns us that the great game is terrifying. Admittedly, I haven’t read the books yet, but I’ve got them sitting on my shelf continuously calling my name. That said, the television series has purposely deviated from the books, and there’s a good chance we’ll get a mix of both new and fan-familiar material in the upcoming season.

(The trailer is labeled as “red band,” but there really wasn’t anything there to warrant hiding it at work if you’re worried about that sort of thing. In fact, you may get brownie points if your supervisor is a fan and they haven’t seen it yet. It’s worth a shot.)
Bran was absent from Season 5, so it’s cool to see he’s back, older, and face-to-face with the formidable horned white walker (Night’s King). Also, all our favorite of favorite to hate characters will be back, out for blood, and worth watching if only to wait for their demise. Personally, I’m hoping Ramsey gets what he deserves, Sansa and Brienne cross paths again, maybe Jaime will whip out some one-handed heroics, and Jon Snow’s fate will finally be revealed.
